Pregnancy is one of the most powerful times to support your nervous system. As your body changes rapidly to nurture new life, gentle chiropractic adjustments help balance your pelvis, ease tension in surrounding ligaments, and improve communication between your brain and body. Together, Dr. Tara and Dr. Mel have helped hundreds of women experience more comfortable pregnancies and empowered births through brain-based chiropractic.

Birth is a beautiful miracle — but it’s also one of the most physically demanding experiences for both mom and baby. Even in the smoothest births, a baby’s delicate spine and nervous system can experience tension or stress. The chiropractors at Fully Alive use gentle, specific pediatric adjustments to help babies and children grow with clear communication between their brain and body. A baby’s brain doubles in size during the first year of life and continues developing well into young adulthood. For that incredible growth to happen in a healthy way, the brain needs to receive clear, consistent information from the body. That’s where brain-based chiropractic care makes such a difference. We assess and support your child’s brain development by monitoring milestones, reflexes, and adaptability using tools like HRV scans and brain-based testing to identify any gaps early and nurture healthy growth, learning, and development.

Yes. Pediatric chiropractic care is extremely gentle, safe, and effective. Adjustments for babies and children use the same light pressure you’d apply to check the ripeness of a tomato — no twisting, popping, or cracking. Our focus is always on calming the nervous system, improving adaptability, and helping every child’s body function exactly as it was designed to. Parents are often amazed by how relaxed their little ones are during and after adjustments.

Life brings different stressors at every stage, and regular chiropractic care helps your nervous system adapt with strength and grace. Our mission is to help every individual and family live Fully Alive, at every age and stage of life.

Healing takes time and consistency. Each adjustment builds on the last, retraining your body to hold new, healthy patterns. Most patients are adjusted two or three times a week for the first 6 months while the nervous system stabilizes, similar to how braces gently shift teeth over time. We re-evaluate every three months to measure progress and celebrate wins. Many people notice changes quickly, but full correction comes with commitment and patience.

Every body heals at its own pace. Many patients notice better sleep, calmer moods, less pain or easier movement within the first few visits. For others, deeper changes unfold gradually as their nervous system rewires. Our chiropractors will walk with you each step of the way, guiding, measuring, and celebrating your progress as your body reconnects with how it was created to function.

Because brain-based chiropractic care builds upon itself, it’s not designed as a quick fix. We begin with a detailed assessment to understand your nervous system, then create a personalized plan for lasting change. You’re always welcome to start with a consultation to see if we’re the right fit for your goals.

We believe clarity builds trust, so we keep our pricing simple and transparent. Your first visit includes a full consultation, neurological scans, and a detailed brain-based chiropractic exam.
Brain-Based Exam: $298 (includes exam, report and first adjustment)
These visits give us the full picture of how your or your child’s nervous system is functioning so we can create a personalized care plan.
After your initial visit, adjustments are $65 each, and most care plans range from $300–$700 per month, depending on the level of care your body needs for optimal healing. We offer flexible payment options, packages and family plans to make consistent care accessible.
We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement if needed.

To provide the highest level of personalized, brain-based chiropractic care, we remain out of network with all insurance companies. This allows your care recommendations to be based entirely on what serves your health best — not on insurance limitations. We are happy to provide the paperwork you need if you choose to submit for reimbursement on your own.
